…...1. artist’s rights…...
☆ i have the right to deny a commission without providing reason
☆ i don't work with people who promote NFTs (or any other cryptocurrencies) and A.I. art
☆ i retain the rights of the illustration itself and can post it publicly for personal porpuses (unless you have made the specific request for privacy)

…...2. commissioner’s rights…...
the commissioner will have the rights to post their commission from me where they wish if properly credited, however:
☆ the commissioner cannot use the commission for any commercial uses (producing badges, shirts etc.) or resell the commission. any and all uses of the commission must be solely personal with no commercial profit, including designs or adopts
☆ the commissioner cannot claim the artwork as theirs, remove watermarks, trace or draw over my work

…...3. payment…...
☆ payment is handled solely through ko-fi or paypal in USD
☆ i require full payment upfront and only work with invoices (if payed on paypal)
☆ i will only start working on your commission once i've received the full payment

…...4. refunds…...
☆ refunds are only availabe if i haven’t yet started working on your commission or cannot finish it (in that case, i will personally reach out to you)
☆ do not send me a chargeback/forcibly refund, message me if you wish to cancel your commission if i haven't started working on it yet, otherwise, i'll block you and spread awareness

…...5. queue & progress…...
☆ you're allowed up to 4 free changes on the initial sketch, anything after that requires an additional fee
☆ i tend to experiment with colors and not do colorpicking, if you’d like me to stay as close to the reference’s colors as possible, please tell me
☆ estimated time for a piece to be complete can be about 2 weeks to 3 months, wait time depends on my schedule, your place in the queue and the type of your commission
☆ I will always keep you updated of delays when possible, and asking for progress updates is ok! as long as you don't rush me
☆ I will not do major changes (different pose, character, outfit, etc.) if I have already begun the coloring stage
☆ If you take more than two months to reply to my messages regarding the progress of the commission without prior warnings, i will stop working on your commission
